All about Sunday Comfort
Join the chef at The Gladly on Sunday nights for the restaurant’s “old fashioned” take on the classic Sunday diner. Fried chicken has long been a Southern Sunday supper staple, and The Gladly is taking the classic comfort food trend westward with its new, weekly Fried Chicken Sunday Supper. The contemporary American restaurant is following up its fall Sunday Supper series of rotating, family-inspired meals with a new weekly Fried Chicken Sunday Supper. Chef Ben Graham will showcase his fresh take on the deliciously tender fried favorite each week, along with his choice of global and Southern-inspired sides that will range from Bernie’s Mac ‘n Cheese and collard greens to rice waffles with kimchi glaze and pickled daikon. Fried Chicken Sunday Suppers are available every Sunday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. only. Each plate is $25 and includes a half chicken with sides.
