The Lovers’ Grill Cooking Class

On February 3, Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco offers a Valentine’s themed cooking class on the patio, featuring aphrodisiac foods grilled on LON’s over-sized ‘cowboy cauldron.’ Sample and savor all the menu items hot-off-the-grill, with choice of a glass of wine or a beer. The menu features: Asparagus Salad with Honey Goat Cheese Dressing; Grilled Oysters with Citrus Ceviche; Grilled Noble Bread with Avocado and Tomato; Whole Roasted Salmon with Fennel and Peppers plus Bison Tenderloin with a Cocoa Coffee Rub.
