Seeking a Biltmore AddressYes, there are new homes in Phoenix’s urban core
The Biltmore area has maintained its allure since the luxury hotel opened in 1929 and continues to be a highly desirable area for people to move into. Some new developments here in the heart of Phoenix have been opening up that opportunity to additional population.
Two Biltmore Estates is the first new community at the Biltmore in more than a decade — and may well be the last on available real estate. Built on a spit of land that juts into the Biltmore’s Adobe Gold Course, the gated condo community makes the most of that position in offering golf course views from every residence. Of the original four models, only the three-bedroom Wrigley still has units available.
In addition to the onsite clubhouse with a fitness center, barbecue area, heated lap pool and a community center with a fully equipped kitchen, the community offers residents preferred access to the amenities of the famed hotel.
The area also boasts what KJZZ identified as one of the hottest intersections in the Valley (24th Street and Camelback Road), where, just a couple of blocks south, new condo project CONTOUR on Campbell recently launched its first model home — part of the project’s first-floor Garden Collection homes that feature an expansive private patio of approximately 600 square feet. Patios are a very unique feature for new-build condos in Phoenix, providing owners space that can be designed as an urban garden or an outdoor kitchen and dining area as well as offering plenty of seating around a fire pit or water feature.
Among the one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, the developer is also introducing 20 homes that include a bonus den that is suitable for a home theater, an office, a formal dining room or art studio, and can be upgraded to include sliding doors.
